A Normal DayThe Physical Education Department of New Life Academy seeks to provide the opportunity to increase the students’ physical skills, balance, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance for the purpose of bringing glory to God by taking care of their bodies with an active lifestyle.
This department seeks to do this through offering a range of physical activities that students can use to participate in lifetime fitness activities. The students will learn to problem solve and how to behave as part of a team as well as an individual. All these things will be done so that as the students learn to overcome physical trials, they will be able to overcome various trials in life to receive the reward of the crown of life (James 1:12) |
