Class ObjectivesPre-Kindergarten (K4)
The Pre-Kindergarten program builds on the skills learned in Preschool, focusing on hands-on activities that make learning fun and exciting. It helps children develop important social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language skills. Students will have opportunities to improve their letter, sound, and number recognition. In the classroom, English is used as students work together, learning teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and responsibility. Children must be four years old by August 31 of that year to enroll in this program. Kindergarten (K5)
The Kindergarten program aims to spark a love for learning and develop essential thinking and speaking skills for future success. While continuing to build on basic skills, we introduce a more structured curriculum that strengthens reading, writing, speaking, and listening abilities. Students learn to classify, sequence, and understand spatial relationships. Exploring basic science concepts helps them appreciate the world around them and encourages curiosity. We also focus on helping students become more self-disciplined and responsible for their actions, with a goal of building self-confidence. Children must be five years old by August 31 of that year to enroll in this program. |
